Smoking can contribute to the development of snoring, causing increased production of mucus in the nasal cavity and pharynx, irritation of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract. A simple tip can help smokers cope with snoring: do not smoke 2-3 hours before bedtime . Gargling with olive oil before bed will reduce inflammation, throat swelling and reduce snoring.

D. The loud pronunciation of the vowels of the alphabet, especially the letter “I”, is also aimed at training the muscles of the larynx.
