Shipping Policy
Once a customer has placed and paid for the order, we are preparing it for dispatching. The shipping policy guarantees that all orders will be processed within 24 hours and sent to the indicated address.
Our team uses materials of high quality in order to provide only safe and fast shipment of all products. Moreover, products that are produced on the website are in storage, it means that there is no need to wait until a product will be restocked.
As we work with only professional partners, we are confident that all products are packed carefully, and all employees follow hygienic precautions (they wear gloves and respiratory protective devices).
What countries do you send orders?
This is the most common question. The shipment is international. We will send the order using two most reliable and safe services: EMS and AirMail.
AirMail will take about 40 days, and EMS will take about 10 days. Bear in mind, that holidays and weekends are not included. But most packages are usually delivered in time. Also, all orders placed on weekends will be processed and sent starting from Monday.
Note: be prepare that some packages may not arrive in time. It depends on different factors: weather conditions, customs terms, wrong address, etc. If this situation happened, inform our customer support right away. In 60 days, you may submit a request on the website, or send us an email. We will send another package with your order again.
Order Status
Due to the modern technologies, e-commerce is now well organized and controlled. Now any person can easily monitor any changes happening with online orders. We believe that a customer should follow the whole process: from placing an order to receiving the package. A customer has to be involved in the entire process.
Our team uses comprehensive software that allows quickly process data and collect needed information for the order. Each order gets a unique number. This number may be tracked, and so a customer will know exactly where the order is.
Clear Instructions
Once the order has been placed, all needed information will be sent directly to a customer’s email address. Every step will be reported: when the order is packed, when the payment is received, when the package is given to a transport company, and others. Our customers are a part of this process, and it should be as clear as possible.
Also, there is another way to find out order details. A user area is a special page of a customer. It appears right after the order placement. The entire progress of the order status is also indicated there. So information may be checked at any time of the day.
